Good questions
What can you make?
Varsity jackets, hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts and more. If it can be worn, ask us. We work with embroidery, felt and chenille patches, and prints.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the piece, the fabric and how detailed your design is. Send us your idea and we'll give you an exact quote. Batch orders get discounted rates.
How do I pay?
You pay in two parts: 50% after you confirm your design, and 50% during production. We don't offer cash on delivery, since everything is made to order just for you.
Will I know how my order is coming along?
Yes. We keep you fully updated on WhatsApp, from design approval through production to dispatch, so you always know where your order is.
How long does it take?
Production takes 2–3 weeks after you confirm your design, plus 2–4 working days for delivery. For batch orders, give us a heads-up before your farewell or convocation date.
Can I see my design before it's made?
Always. We send you a mockup, and nothing goes into production until you approve it.
What sizes do you have?
Sizes depend on the piece. We'll share the size chart for your item before you confirm. Not sure? Send us your height and weight and we'll recommend one.
Do you deliver to my city?
Yes. We're based in Islamabad and ship all over Pakistan. Batch orders can be delivered in bulk to your campus.
